Are you ready to conquer the TELC B1 exam but still wondering about the registration process? Don't worry, SHD Education will guide you step by step to easily complete the TELC B1 exam registration process!

Step 1: Access the Registration Link

First, you need to access the official registration link of SHD Education at:

Make sure you have opened our official registration page.

Step 1: Go to the registration page

Step 2: Select Exam Registration

Once you get to the registration page, you can choose one of two ways to get started:

• • • Click on “Register for exam”
  • Scroll down to section “3. Register for TELC exam at SHD Education”

Step 2: Access the registration form

Step 3: Fill in the registration form

After selecting the registration item, you will be redirected to the TELC B1 exam registration form. Please fill in the required information completely and accurately.
⚠️ Important Note:

• • • Section 1 (Full name): Print your full name (eg: Last name: NGUYEN | First name: VAN A).
  • • Section 4 (Date of Birth): Select the correct date of birth according to the device's display format (eg: dd/mm/yyyy → day/month/year).
  • Exam format – Select the skill you want to test:
    • • • If you are taking a skill test (writing or speaking), select the skill you want to test.
      • • If you have taken the test 1 of 2 skills write or speak before, fill in old registration number enter Section 14 & upload certificate photo Section 15.
      • If the exam both skills, Skip Section 14 & Section 15.

Step 3: Fill in the information completely and accurately (pay attention to items 1, 4, 5, 13, 14, 15)

Step 4: Check Information & Confirm Registration

After filling in all the information, you need to check all the information entered again to ensure accuracy.

• • If all information is correct, click Confirmation of registration.

After successfully submitting the form, the system will return a thank you message as shown below. If you do not see this message, please check your network connection or try registering again.

Once completed, you will receive an automated response email confirming successful registration.

Step 5: Check Email & Pay Exam Fee

After receiving the confirmation email, you need to check your email regularly so as not to miss any important information from SHD Education.

• • To complete your registration, you need to pay the exam fee as instructed in the confirmation email from telc@shdeducation.vn.

• • • Fill in the information: You need to make sure that all information in the registration form is filled out completely and accurately, matching your personal documents.
  • • Double check the information: Please check the information carefully before submitting your application, as any errors will incur a certificate information correction fee of up to 40 Euro/time (not including foreign currency conversion costs, taxes and international money transfer fees, and DHL certificate shipping fees). This fee can be up to 200 Euro/time depending on the number of information corrections from candidates.
  • Check email regularly: SHD Education will send you a confirmation email and provide you with exam details. Please ensure you check your email regularly.
